Why do you run Golftrolleyshop Rewards?

By offering Rewards we find people tell their friends of our great offers and by increasing our volumes we can get even better deals from the manufacturers - which we then pass on to our customers.

How are the Rewards applied and when?

Upon a friend buying one of our products we give the appropriate discount back to you in the same way you paid for your product. In most cases this means giving you a refund on your debit or credit card. Normally this should happen within 10 working days.

What discount will I get?

As long as your friend spends at least the same amount as you or at least £100, our current Reward is 5% of the value of the product purchased. You will get 5% of the value of the product(s) you purchased and your friend will get 5% of the value of the product(s) they purchase.

How do you know that I recommended my friend?

Your friend should put your name in the 'notes' section when completing the checkout process. You can also email us on the contact-us page with your frinds details if that is easier for you. We will then recognise that you have referred your friend and will calculate your Rewards on receipt of the order from your friend.

Is there a time limit on getting my Reward?

Yes. For you and your friend to get the respective Rewards, your friend must purchase a product within 30 days of your purchase.

Does my friend need to buy the same product as me?

No. The Reward program works on any of our products but cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.

How long are you running your Rewards program for?

The program is ongoing but may be changed at a future date. Any purchases made whilst the program is still active will still qualify for the Reward upon purchase by a referred friend.

Why hasn't my Reward appeared on my credit card yet

We will refund Rewards on to your credit card within 10 days of any Reward being earned. As with any credit card transactions this can take time for your credit card company to refelct this on your account. If you might reasonably have expected your Reward to have come through and they have not then pls use our 'contact us' page to let us know your name & email address and your friends name & email address. We will respond to you within 24 hours.
